I was playing the game on normal ship speed, and I found that the envoy cruiser was really moving like as fast as a scout.
this may not be a bug, but given that this thing is cruiser sized, it looks really wierd when it moves that fast
Yes, way too fast which makes it an invincible scout nobody can shoot down.
Except that it costs LOTS of unit slots and is supposed to be of strategic importance, we shouldn't give our diplomats dinky ships which die like , ahem, siege frigates. They should be able to get out of trouble fast, if need be.
This is a blanace issue so we won't address it anytiem soon. Though I disagree about the speed. And yes the Envoys don't even have shields so they are very fragile!
