Banned for interfering with nature by lubricating drought conditions with a yellow river.

Also, banned for emptying Mexico's reservoirs and replacing their good water with that yellowy tainted stuff.

No wonder a lot of Mexican folk look like they're jaundiced.... it's in the water.
