When i load a game, whether it's a saved game or new game, it does not fully load. The line that starts red and moves to the right, turning green as it goes, doesn't get all the way to the end before the game loads but it is missing the phase lines and icons for each faction. Its like your in cinimatic mode but you can't control it with the buttons. Any ideas on how to fix this?
