Me and an friend played online against 2 hard AI's. When the battle was over and the screen came up (where one can look at stats), we noticed that he (the other player, advent) Had an user action of over 10 million. This game lasted 4.27 hours, meaning that he generated over 6000 user actions per second...
I had a little over 6700 during the same game.
Game numor duo: playing against 2 AI on cruel, one of the AI's had an user action over 20 millions, while I had 800.000 (Numbers submitted by my friend, as I closed down the stats page before looking at it). This game lasted right under 4 hours.
Vasari has an ability that makes departure range shorter, combining this with the pact, that makes it even smaller, the departure ring across an star, is barely able to contain a capital ship.
I've had problems making fleets travel from one star to another, since they apperently wants to travel into the middle of the star before departuring, which is impossible, so they just stand there.
Tried sending one and one ship at a time, splitting it up to smaller segments, travel to several other stars (with same result). Apperently scout ships ignored this (But making an army of 400 scout ships... The enemy would laught to death ^^), put them on traveling togheter or travel when they can. None of the NPC's nor the other player experienced any problems, but neither of 'em was Vasari either.
EDIT: I could supply a screenshot, adressing the user action thingie. And the whole range of autosaves on both afor mentioned games, if you'd like to see it close 'n personal.
