It looks like you both have probably purchased Entrenchment using an alternate email from what your Impulse account is under. You can use this https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/ to transfer from one account to the other. If you still need assistance, please send us an email at support@stardock.com so we can sort it out for you. Be sure to include any email address you may have used with us previously.

I have the same problem though I didn't use an alternate email. Reinstalled sins today and impulse doesnt have entranchment there as a registered product, though it has demigod, both which i bought digitally.

i have a small problem. i downloaded teh update for sins, there was a folder that says sins v1.17 i do believe and entrenchment v1.05 or so. i moved teh folders to my WinRAR and i double click it to transfer it to teh game, it then says cannot initiate because fmod.dll was not found and says something about redownloading it. i then put it adn requiem i think into the mods folder and activated it and still nothing. i don't know what to do.
