I just got Diplomacy tonight, and I wanted to test some of the new diplomatic features, plus attempting to put the AI on agressive for once.  A few games ago, I had the AI on Normal w/o Diplomacy, all on the same team.  They attacked my key planet within minutes of each other.  Now with them as Aggresive and with Diplomacy, and no locked teams, they really haven't done much of anything at all.  Just a few scouts, and 1 AI managed to send less than 10 ships in, minutes apart.  When I look at the relationships, despite that I'm the only one on my team and they are agressive, it says that they view me with a 9. something, though I see them at a 0.  I'm somewhat confused; could someone explain what exactly is going on?
