When I give pirates a mission to attack another player's planet, how do I know they attacked that players planet? Do the pirates have an option not to do my mission even though I pay out 6k in credits?
As far as I've seen, the Pirates do not have an option to refuse. If you pay for the mission, they do the mission.
They always go. Once the credits get deducted, the ships get spawned and move to whatever location you sent them to.
Yeah, you can send a fleet every 5 minutes, to any target you wish. They're the best way to bust up fortified positions with starbases.
or just send a simmple scout behind the pirats (who i hate)
