starrtekfreak, if you want FIXED starting planets for a map, then change
'randomizeStartingPositions TRUE' to 'randomizeStartingPositions FALSE'
in the galaxy file, it should be about line 8,
and another way to adjust this setting in a map is to
1 open the map in galaxyforge,
2 then click on the SPACE outside the star's GW,
3 then look in the toolbox's galaxy section for 'RandomizePositions' click on the true, you get a pulldown list with true & false,click on false,
4 then save the map and
5 play
