i installed the game and registered it on my laptop, which has recently crashed.

i then installed it on my families newer, and faster computer (still below minimum specs), and it worked at first, and then after playing it twice the screen went black. I know the game is running because i can hear the movie play, and the background sounds.  But for some reason the game works on my families older, and slower computer, which is even further below the minimum specs. Any thing i can do to get it to work?
