Online registration help

I have been trying to create an online account for quite a while. It asks for the serial code for sins of a solar empire, I type in the code but it doesn't accept it. Is there a certain way to type it like without dashes or spaces or capitals. Please help me get on so I can join you guys online!

Are you trying to create an account on ICO or register the game on this site? If the former, please contact support@ironcladgames.com. If the latter, try registering the game directly in Impulse. If you do not already have it installed, you will need it to update anyway; it can be downloaded here.
