my utilities are able to be downloaded from this thread, BUT the mod updater can ONLY update mod(s) within an expansion ie older diplomacy to current diplomacy OR older entrenchment to current entrenchment OR older vanilla sins to current vanilla sins, AND the mods need to have been installed in the correct older version mods folder, AND you to have run the later version of the game to create the mods-expansion v#.### for the latest version.
