Sins Dictionary?

Is there a list of all the different tags, and things, that go into sins modding, I have just started messing with ability files, and its really annoying not knowing that AttachPersistantParticle exitsted, or different stat editors.

Is there a list of all the different ways these are formatted, and the different tags that go with them?
