Verify that you are logged in on Impulse when you run it, use the email that you registered your games under as your user name if your usual user name isn't working. (Blue button top left corner, change log in option) If they still fail to show up...

If you're having trouble getting your copy of the game to install, update or uninstall, please email: support@stardock.com and open a support ticket with us. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response (longer if it's after a U.S. holiday). You should get an auto-response from us; if you don't please check your Junk Mail folder.
You may get more then one auto response, but eventually you can/will get an actual person to help you out.
