ot sure if it's been raised or not, but it just came to me. What if the anti structure cruisers could attack the titan. I mean how could they miss?
I’m prepared for a backdraft, but I thought it was worth mentioning
I always thought they'd introduce corvettes for this very reason: to offer a moderate counter to Titans. Well, I guess we'll simply throw at it everything we've got and pray it doesn't kick ass that hard!
everything depends on everything else and StarClad hasn't even put up screenies of the research trees, any videos of how stuff works atm, etc... eye candy and not much else. Then again, I don't facebook or any crap like that.
Quoting Darvin3, reply 15Oh well its easy, i jumped them in, turned them immediately around for a retreatYour opponent was foolish for committing himself against that. With your capital ships lined up and ready to make an escape and no units of his own in position to pursue, he's wasting his forces. If you're frigate-based and he's SC-based then you have to come to him, which means that if he plays his hand right you'll be forced to leave the edge of the gravity well and retreat is now much more difficult. Maybe they should give titans the ability to warp out without turning around...This would give them just enough time to deploy some sort of ability without making them so vulnerable.

Titans are already supposed to have some sort of defense against bomber spam. We'll have to wait to see exactly what the specs are, but I would hold back from proposing anything until we actually see what a Titan is like.
