Okay i have now diplomacy game info file. It does not contain capital ships and starbases entity files. Does sins diplomacy uses entrechment and vanilla files. If this is the case how can i edit the diplomacy files to make changes to cap/starbases.
Sins Diplomacy uses entrenchment and vanilla files. Each one builds upon the previous expansion.
