1. I think I experienced a bug where an allied faction (controlled by the computer) was firing their Novaliths at my planets. It happened repeatedly during an entire game. The reason I say that this may only be a possible bug is that I was not able to get it to happen when I started and played through another game. There was a difference though in how I became allied to the other faction. The game where the allied faction was still firing the novalith at me, I started with no allies and became allied with said faction durring the progress of the game. The second run through I set the game up so I was allied with another faction from the start. I will try and recreate the conditions again and will post later if i was able to recreate it.
2. The targeting for the titans seems odd, many times they start going after fighters rather than larger targets.
3. The AI controlling the enemy fleets is off; large groups of enemy ships just start jumping back and forth from two locations.
4. Novaliths have gone nuts, I understand that the loyalist faction is supposed to put more importance on bunking down, but getting access to Novaliths with only 6 combat labs and without a line of research leading up to it creates a problem to early. That being said I also think the Novalith is way overpowered, and has been since the AI started using them in diplomacy. It also irritates me to no end that they(any super weapon)is capable to fire from star system to star system.
I did experience a crash and a dump so far, but not usually until awhile into the game. I did like how the titans are extremely powerfull and i can't wait to try out the ones from the vasari and advent. I remember reading that there would be more planet types added, but so far I have only seen moons, honestly i was expecting a lot more, but I suppose it is possible they have not been added yet considering this is only an early beta.
