First thing is with the TEC titan(mine was level 7), i noticed with certain structures or the TEC starbase if the titan is moving to attack it will almost alwasy for me stay at the far end of its range using only the phase missles it has. It also did this with the gauss guns and metal extractors but not crystal ones.

Secondly if a move my titan right next to the aforementioned TEC starbase it will sit and not use beam weapons which are its most powerfull weapons(i have every research item done). I ended up making it circle the Starbase and it somehow got jammmed going diagonally againist the Starbase(btw is their anywhere i can email the screenshot or something.) 

Thirdley the Impair and Inspire abiltiy will not affect the Starbase(mentioned above) and it will push the titan back a little bit when used.
