In a single player match the other day, I encountered two bugs.

The first of which, when one of my planets was hit with a Novalith Cannon strike, the debuff it applies was permanent for the rest of the match (I do have a screenshot of this if required)

The other was a little more strange. I had built several capital ships, leveled them and sent them to one of my asteroid bases... except two of them (a Marza and a Akkan, I think) never showed. Their unit blips still showed in my capital planet's gravity well, and when I clicked on their icons to see where they were, the screen went to a black space with a few background stars; no amount of zooming in or out got me away from that, and I had to select another building/planet/ship to get back into the game's star system, except the camera was zoomed all the way in. Luckily I could zoom back out again. I could still issue move and jump orders to these two capital ships, but I never saw them for the rest of the match

The map I found these on was Storm Front (1 star, 22 planets) against a Normal Random Computer (who ended up being Loyalist, like myself)
