They don't even link.... So I don't understand what the deal is. Anybody else have this issue?

In the diplomacy file, you have to delete the pipeline effect folder, but it has to be completely gone from your system. I had the same problem, after you delete it, you have to delete it again from the recovery bin. Should fix it afterwards.

I think I'll just wait until my G74 when I reinstall, then wait for the full release of rebellion.
