So I've seen dozens of threads about how to handle titan when they need to be rebuilt. I think a simple 600 second (10 minute) Debuff when it's rebuilt for example "reintegration". During the debuff period the titan would have reduced weapon range, increased weapon cooldown, abilities disabled (or cooldown increase), lowered AM regen, lower shield / hull regen, and maybe a little extreme but no xp acrued. If you wanted a reason you could argue the new crew would need time to get back up to speed with the old experienced crews way of running the ship. This way titan deaths aren't as simple as another resource dump and a hiccup in it's tyranny, but an actual penalty for keeping it's experience at the cost of it's effectiveness for a while. Thoughts?

I think it sounds like a good idea. The bit about the new crew having to learn its way around the ship sees realistic. Also, this would make people think twice about throwing their titan around, losing it, and then simply building another full strength titan a few minutes later.
