So I intended to set up a wormhole system in a galaxyforge map where you could enter one of three wormholes to get to a far off system. -that- part worked great!

For the problem, let's label our wormoles A, B, C and D for the 'far away' one.

You can enter through A, B, Or C and end up at D. However, if you enter D, you -always- end up at B, even if you came through C first. What'm I doing wrong here?

Unfortunately, a single wormhole cannot exit into multiple others, much as it'd be nice if it could randomly choose exits from multiple.  That's pretty much all you've done wrong.  They're a one entrance, one exit type deal if you want them going both ways.  Your A and C are essentially one way streets, so sadly if you want to have return routes for them, you'll need two more wormholes.

The game doesn't keep track of what wormholes you have and haven't used. Any planet can have any number of wormholes leading to it, but wormholes can only have one destination.
