When you strip a planet to the core (an enemy world you have just taken) and you strip it to the core and all structures in the system are detroyed you dont get any xp?

Also the maw does not give xp

are both of these intentional ?

He's saying that if he leaves a capital ship in the gravity well of a formerly enemy planet while the stripping wipes out all of the former owner's buildings in that gravity well, he does NOT get xp from those destroyed buildings. As for an answer, I don't know either answer.
