SOGE will not load

I have vanilla sins and there are 2 mod folders entitled mods 1.193 and mods 1.165, if i put the mod in 1.165 it does not show in

the mod menu in game, however if i put it in 1.193 it does show up but when you try to enable it the game freezes straight away

and gets a minidump error, also the checksum says2142006372, ive tried adding an enalbed.txt file like iv'e seen in some replies but same result, any help would be good

You know, you could've read the readme which clearly states that SoGE is only for Entrenchment, not base Sins.

Uhhh, what? That's not true. Lying will only make you look bad. The first line of 2.0E's readme says the following:

Sins of a Galactic Empire (SOGE) 2.0E release for Sins of a Solar Empire Entrenchment v1.053 and v1.051

There were versions for original Sins, but those versions have long since disappeared and their download links dead. Further, there's this nice little section later on:

COMPATIBILITY
=============================================
Entrenchment 1.051+ (until Ironclad breaks it again)

Odds are this will work with Entrenchment 1.041, but this has not been tested. If you want to backport the mod to a previous
version feel free, but it is a tremendous amount of work.

Please go get Entrenchment or Trinity; SoGE will not work with base Sins.

what i actully meant was i saw a post that said it worked with both but not diplomacy, i actually didn't see a readme file in the exracted files of 2.0e or 2.1e or the hotfix
