vasari loyalists needs option to abandon planet instead of striping it

The vasari loyalists may me oriented towards alliances with only vasari loyalists but my friend likes the advent. Since i don't keep my planets once the game progresses far enough, certain artifacts like the organic AI are useless to me but would help him a lot. The only problem is if i discover this artifact on a dead asteroid i cant abandon it for him to capture; instead is gets stripped into a useless asteroid belt. An option to abandon or strip could easily solve this problem.

I support this idea. Just split the scuttle button below in two buttons when Stripping upgrade is researched!!!

This should indeed be looked into, even while it doesn't fit the lore of the Vasari Lyalists to abandon planets.

maybe just make it so that stripping a planet with an artifact leaves an unowned but captureable asteroid?

(perhaps give it X amount of culture hostile to the VL player as well so it would take quite some time before they can recapture it)
