Pre-order promotion discount

So I finally got the money to get around to pre purchasing Rebellion and saw the $10 discount offered for owning Sins that is applied just by logging in. But I would like to buy it from GameStop to earn powerup points on my card. As far as I can tell though I cant seem to apply the same discount when buying it from GameStop online. Is there a way to?
