[Suggestion] Change Flagships to work like titan upgrades and other flagship suggestions

I can't speak for multiplayer but in single player, flagships are just a nice early novelty.I have 0 incentive or desire to take it out of my home planet gravity well once I get up and running because even though it's durable, it's also a huge risk with little reward when the game gets going. It lacks for cool abilities or even support abilities and every faction effectively has the exact same ship.Either let us pick our flagship( e.g. first cap ship built is completely free including logistics) and give it the base ship abilities+ a second durability row or, give us a completely new idea for each race. Whatever you choose to do, it has to make you want to take it out like a defensive or offensive buff to the gravity well it's in.
