A friend and I were playing an online game together against two AI's. At one point my game crashed and we had to both quit the game and rejoin later. Then we started chatting on the game, and he remarked that he was going to lose on of his planets to hostile culture. Only on my screen, he wasn't. On his side of the game, he told me he lost the planet to hostile culture, but on my side, it was actually gaining culture. It was like we were playing completely different games. We backed out and loaded the game several times, but his map kept changing more and more extremely, and mine was still the same. On my screen, his player didn't even do anything. Throughout this ordeal, we could still ping and have the other player see it, and we remained in contact through chat, but our games were completely different. He even sent pictures via text of a planet he just lost, that he still had in my game. I don't even know what could have caused this, but it makes the game impossible to play.

And hopefully, they're almost entirely down with the current version of Rebellion.
