Have had the Rebellion beta for a while now and have not seen this ever, until after the official release. Get on for the first time tonight and try moving the window view around the star system I'm in but at the screen edge (bottom and left side) nothing happens. Top and most of the right side it'll scroll around, but not the others. Checked all settings and can't find anything that would cause this. Dunno if anyone else has seen this yet since release. Thanks!

Edit: this was not a save from the last beta release, this was in a brand spankin new game.
