Fleets not moving together

On both TEC factions I have noticed my fleets not moving as one once in a gravity well. Frigates have been hanging out near the edge of the gravity well, not doing anything, while the titan flagship is fighting all but alone. Not sure if the other factions have this problem. Also not sure if it's only heavy cruisers that do it, or if it's the presence of the titan as fleet flagship.

The ships that were not moving, did they have any debuf on their status screen?

It could be an enemy capital ability. Also, you can change the way the ships engage automatically in the Tactics Management button, to the right of the move button, when you select the ships.

Oh thank God. I was just about to make a post similar to this one. I've had to start playing as Advent because as TEC my Garda flaks will do NOTHING. My caps and Cobalts will engage when and who I tell them to, and my Gardas will attack nothing and sit off on the sidelines somewhere. The same is true with my Hoshiko robotics. They generally sit way back, where they do NO good since they are far outside of repair range. I've gone as far as manually steering them around within my fleet, but this does not help either, since even when in range the Gardas would attack nothing, and the Hoshikos very very rarely got a rep off, with full antimatter and no cooldown.

Changing tactics is the first thing I tried. It doesn't matter if I have them set to tight, standard, or loose. WHY TEC! WHYYYYYYYYY!!

I played tec (i normal play vasari) and the Fleet stayed together i had  to set them to tight and then they were soooooo close to the titian everything was fine

Found the problem. It's the titan. As Advent it was fine, but as either loyalist or rebel TEC, having a titan in the fleet makes the Hoshikos and Gardas sit at the back doing nothing while 60 of their buddies are up front getting slaughtered. I guess I'll just keep away from TEC until this is fixed.

Im a TEC player and i have the same problem. As soon as i get a a titan my fllet just goes brain dead. They will move together but they whont attack any nearby ships/fleet.

For an example my titan rushes in to a fight guns blazing while my HC's seems to know that they are in combat cous they activate there intercept ability but they are stuck on "reforming fleet" so they just fly right by the enemy. 

Most of my fleet have the same attetude, they are set on "reform fleet" unless i manually tell them to attack a ship. When that ship is destroyed they go back to "reform fleet" and moves away to form up with the titan. I tried to let the ships do what they whant and se if they would attack after they had reformed the fleet but no they just sit there and take the dam.

I thought there was a setting somewhere ive missed but attack is on auto and the ROE is set on Gravity well. But it seems like its bugg and i hope they fix it soon cous i dont like plying as Advent or Vasari.
