[Visual Bug?] Capital Ship Crew and Supply Research Icons Off-center

Unsure if this is intentional or not, but as the TEC L, I noticed when researching some more capital ship crew that the research icons for the crews and fleet supply don't "fit" in the notches present in the research backdrop, being slightly off-center vertically. Or rather, a picture says a thousand words.
