vasari loyalists ships that build ships?

hello, so I *thought* I saw somewhere that the vasari loyalists were able to have ships that build other ships, thus allowing you to make them a completely self sufficient armada that can just roam from planet to planet (as long as you have also done the research to make your titan a homeworld and have your capital ships generate income). My question is what ship does this, and do you need any research along with it?

Titan drops out phase gate and if you have enough labs and dark fleet researched you can call reinforcements.

idk about silly, I think it would be cool to have mobile ship building facilities so you don't have to build anything on a planet- you could just strip them all for resources. But that probably would be a little OP

just use the dam phase gate. you can go compeletely mobile with them.

I don't think you understand..  The phase stabilizers spawned by the VL do let the VL go completely mobile.  They stabilizers are what spawn ships.  You don't have to own the planet you're titan is in orbit around to spawn one.

Plus you can fortify just one planet, and use phase stablizers to quickly reinforce your main fleet. Anyways, if vasari could build ships on the move...THE STRIPPED TO THE CORE RUSH WOULD BE UNBEARBLY BROKEN.

They can.  It's called Spawn Phase Stabilizer. It's an ability on the Vorastra.  The spawned planetmodule allows the VL player to spawn combat ships, support ships, and capitalships.
