galaxy forge help please

pritty please :)

hi so i have tryed for 3 days for help on this but when i open galaxy forge and make me a nice map i go to hit the save button and nothing it dosnt open the window to save option even when i try to open a map it dosnt come up with anything can anyone help me with a fix please
