I'd like to propose some changes to the Vasari Loyalists' Titan.
It is clear that in terms of battle, be it with or without an aiding fleet, the Vorastra is one of the weaker Titans in the game. This supported and justified by the Loyalist lore and tech, considering the Vorastra more of an administrative ship. Apart from saving the Loyalists from being defeated as long as it stands it does little to support this idea.
The loyalist capital ships are the backbone of the economy and research, while the Titan is little more than a moving planet.
My suggestions:
1. Micro Phase Jump
Get rid of it; it is a nice offensive and defensive tool but does only fully come into play when The Maw is available.
Replace it with a passive to better fit its supportive theme:
A combination of the Overseers Phase Jump Detection and Jump Degradation , the Phase Jump Inhibition, and the starbases Jump Destabilization.
Let it have values of, say, 10% per level of Degradation, 50% per level of Inhibition, and 5%/5% per level of Destabilization.
The effects of the ability would be very similar to Micro Phase Jump, only now benefitting your empire(grav well) as a whole rather than only the the Titan.
2. Stabilize Phase Space
I would keep, since it fits rather nicely.
3. Desparation
Only change I could think of at the moment would be remitting damage taken to friendly units in range while increasing movement and weapon speeds, both stacking.
4. The Maw
Let it suck in wreckage also, let it heal hull points similar to Debris Vortex. Generate resources only when hull is full. A greater area of effect and range would be nice. Let it affect strike-craft only.
These changes would still leave the Loyalists with a weak Titan in terms of fighting capability. But it would compliment their playstyle very nicely and add to their mobility.
