What does the Kol need so it isn't the object of scorn.

The Kol gets a lot of flak   but seriously, what does it need to reasonably keep up with the other capitals now that Rebellion is out?  

More AM to keep it's abilities going?  Higher scaling GRG?  Fuzzy dice?

lol...I know a couple...  J10, F35B(?), F18,  I can't for the life of me remember the names of the attack choppers... the USA is a cobra, the chinese, I don't know the name, the russian...couldn't tell ya.  All I can tell you is, seat-switching in one of those  choppers,  i'll put a TV guided missile up your nose.

1.make Kols weapon damage stats scales with level just like good ol vanilla times

2.modify GRG to completely ignores shield mitigation and adding DoTs

3.reduce FB AM to 20 AM and cooldown 3s maybe

4.increse splash damage from FH to 200

5.increase Kol's AM pool to match Dunov's AM pool

Not way too much. We need the Kol to be overpowered for a few years to make up for its underpoweredness. Then it all adds up, and the average of these two things means that the Kol will have been balanced all these years.

1. Add bobble-head to windshield

2. Add airfoil for it to run faster (in spaaaace!)

3. Add superbass turbo-uber-thumper sonic gun to crush enemies (in SPAAAAAAAAACE!)

4. Convert shield to passive ability to reduce AM drain, adjust its effect accordingly. Should improve phase missile block.

5. Increase AM pool and regen.

6. Buff Flak Burst. Should AOE reduce fighter/bomber accuracy

What? Kol rocks dude. Got the highest armor, HP, shields, weapon damage of any cap ship except titan.

Um no..... Just HP. Radiance wins the Armor and shields and carriers have the best DPS.
