That's what I wanna know. Just pre-ordered it about 40 min ago and no the website hasn't even updated.

the game goes live in 12 hours, I assume you'll be able to get it then.  The game is through steam, if you don't have it yet, get it.  I doubt you'll be able to download it via the website, but some steam games you can.

Anyone have success downloading the game and playing?  It's 1:10p ET here and I still can't download.

Steam installed:  yes, long-time member.

pre-order:  yes...last week.

It does show up in my Steam Library, but just says "Coming Soon" with no option to "download" or "play".

I'm in the same boat as you. I pre-ordered it yesterday. I think they said they'd send an email but I could be wrong. If they did I still haven't gotten one.

Well I personally pre-ordered through steam,  I don't know when they'll send your email but when they do you simply go to the "games" tab between "friends" and "help" and select activate a product on steam.

Re-start Steam. The "pre-order" will change to the real thing and give you the option to install it.
