They can be found in RaceLogos.tga.

What's wrong? VAC banning not fun enough for you?
I doubt sins uses VAC or this would qualify as VAC banning which is essentially done for cheating hacks.
Mainly there's no need to corrupt your install when you can do everything you want modifying Sins through proper mods.
