Galaxy Forge problems

Good day,

 

This is my first time using Galaxy forge for Rebellion. I've made a relatively small map with an artifact density of 100 to get the archeology achievement. More or less it's working but the eco sucks. All the planets have a very low resource output(Starting Terran HW has .12 metal and crystal asteroids) and other planets are more or less the same. Also when starting up my HW has 0 population so it's hard to get a decent eco started.

 

Is there a way to increase to amount of metal and crystal a planet's asteroid will give? And how do I set the population for my HW to maximum?

no way to increase # of asteroids through GalaxyForge.  Max level is 10.

The map you play should have no impact on the resource levels. Are you sure you the settings didn't reset? Also you may have forgotten to make the planet your "Homeworld" in the galaxy forge, so check your alliegence level. If its not 100 that's probably it.

I think I didn't word my question properly. My problem is:

1. All resource asteroids on every planet(terran, ice, volcanic, desert, asteroid, moon and even neutrals) has a value of 0.12 metal/crystal per second

2. My HW's starting population is zero even though I have set my HW to a terranHW and the isHW or something settings is true.
