PS:T is the best RPG I've ever played. That said, given that the team developing this game is very different, it's worth waiting to see what they do.

...And tying the Kickstarter video to Brian Fargo? The guy who took the PS:T team off PS:T II, when the first game only did moderately well? Then allowed them to be fired on his watch from a second project? Ironic, if nothing else.

My point wasn't that his company's money should have been thrown aside. It was just as I wrote: that his central appearance in the video for the development of a new game in the PS:T universe (with supposedly a similar feel to the original) is *ironic* since Fargo wasn't involved creatively in PS:T, and stopped the development of its sequel.

Thank you, but no apologize needed. Not able to read body language is realy a big disadvantage on the internet. I stepped in this "trap" many times over the years and it still happens.

Both are far from good in PS: T. Thats true. Well, its all about the story and what a great and mature story this is. (I finished PS: T last weekend for the first time in 15 years. Have started this game many times over the years, but didn´t finish it for different reasons.) But i hope we get better UI and better battles (if i can´t talk my char. out of it) in T: ToN. But...i´m sure with all the experience of tthe devs. they can manage this.

The battles and UI are far better in BG. But the battles are damn hard! Especially in BG 1. Love it.

Sure, we don't know what the results will be in this specific case, but this kind of game needs to be resurrected.
