To actually answer the question, corvettes counter VL titan, but will be decimated by the SB. Therefore, your next action depends on your faction. Probably the most complicated solution is if you're advent, you could build a fleet of Iconus Guardians with Repulsion to separate the SB and the titan from one another (with a Radiance to drain the titan's antimatter so it can micro-jump), focusing your corvettes on the titan and your Subjugators/bombers (preferably bombers) on the SB.
The easier solution would be just to build a bomber fleet, and I mean a massive bomber fleet with corvettes as protectors. Keep the carriers on the far side of the gravity well away from the SB. As long as you have about 100+ vetts and equal number of fighters/bombers, you should be good. Build a few scouts too, as your opponent will inevitably mine his side of the gravity well (if you're AL, you don't have to worry about it because you can just mind-control his mines).
For TEC, same relative strategy, but would highly consider building an SB with Red Button to block off a good chunk of the gravity well while simultaneously promising the chance of massive damage. Just do not detonate with your fleet in range of it. Of course surround the planet with phase jump inhibitors (if you control it) to prevent your opponent from escaping.
For Vas, well, do exactly what he's doing, just do it better and faster...
