Subspace rebounder cant be stolen

Got the subspace rebounder stolen when conquering a Good planet, but it will not show up in my shipyard.

Subspace rebounder is a 'good' only defensive technology, so unless you are good, you won't have it, and so you won't be able to build the component that requires that technology.

But if tech trading is on, you can cater some great diplomatic love since it's a "valuable" tech.
