BUG: Invisible Terror Star. Beta 4D

Late in a game of Beta 4D...
I moved a fleet of 23 constructors next to an enemy planet and proceeded to construct a starbase, upgrade it and build a terror star. After using the 19th constructor to complete the terror star , the starbase graphic disappeared from the map.
Even after moving the remaining constructors elsewhere, the TS is invisible and unselectable on the main map. I can see it on the mini-map, it appears in my list of ships, double-clicking in list of ships centers the map on where it ought to be. But there's no way to use it.
I'd be glad to submit a savegame if desired.
