BUG: tech victory happens on wrong tech. Beta 4D

I won my last game by a tech victory, but it happened on the wrong tech. The victory screen came up after completing "Beyond Human". I would have expected it to happen after "Final Frontier", based on JavaScout's tech chart and the description of Final Frontier.

"Beyond Human" is the neutral game winning tech and it may still be the only one that actually kicks off the tech victory sequence.

It's been that way for a long while and may still be but I haven't been able to get a tech victory under beta 4. Pesky cultural wins. ;p

The tech "final frontier" has no alignment requirements listed in its definition, so I have to assume researching this tech is available to all allignments (see file GCTech.tech, tech id 89). It was also one of the victory techs available in GC/OS2, so naturally many of us expect to see it as one of the victory techs in GC/Win. A bug in the tech tree following code was reported during the Alpha phase giving this as a BUG. I'll bet Cari will have a fix for this in time for the first Gama test.
