Well, it's official. After all the rumors, Wal Mart flyers, and industry speak, Microsoft has OFFICIALLY announced that as of tomorrow, March 30th, 2004, the X-Box will be selling for $149.99 in the US. This cuts the price down $30 from its previous selling price of $179.99.
Similar cuts have also been announced for the surrounding terriroties. The system will now retail for $199.99 in Canada, and for 1,999 pesos in Mexico.
