maybe the only way we can control this is by letting the author to turn Off or On the comments.., or in other words, let the author deside if it is allowed to wright any comment on the "Master" skins...

Or....make a filter to block any specific content, such as rapidshare links, to be put into a mod queue so they don't get automatically posted.
