Please note that when i select the option to run windowsfx on startup it causes my fresh updated install of XP SP2 to stall on the desktop at startup.  Windows loads up but then freezes at the desktop and taskbar stops loading up all its icons.  If i deselect 'load windowsfx on startup' then these problems go away.  Additionally, it seems to cause issues with windows shell on shut down, bringing up the explorer.exe is not responding message.  I advise you to manually start windowsfx once windows has already fully loaded  if you are on XP SP2.
