Big icon of hdd w/remaining space

I noticed in some screenshots several big icons on the desktop (mainly My Computer, HDD icons), the HDD ones were with the drive name and remaining space beneath the icon. Are these "big icons" only a Vista element or is there any way of making it in XP?
