It is the 21st and I am trying to register the game (pre-ordered about a month ago). I have my order ID number and I try to put it into the spot to register the game so that I can download the beta, but it keeps telling me that it is invalid. Also when I click the Lookup Serial Number button it sends me the email but it does not list any serial numbers on it. What is going on here and how do I fix it?

Well at least with Beta1 I was waiting for the serial in e-mail now it's really a guessing game opening SDC every so often.

There's no ETA for any release and as the release is worldwide you'll just have to wait like the rest of the world. And gosh we've been waiting...

I pre-ordered my copy on the 19th. My credit card was actually charged at that time. I still have not received my code yet.

That was most likely the temporary hold, which goes away in 24-48 hours.
