Win by default

Interestresting game ending

Just finished a 10 hour game which I won by surviving the pirate's attack longer than the Ai's
Set up was max AI's (9?) on easy, 4 solar systems with 40 planets.

I manaaged to kill off the other two starters in my solar system and had just got to the second solar system when I got the "All players have been eliminated" message.

Just for your interest..

You or one of your allies must have researched Insurgency, wiped out all the enemy players.

I had something similar happen to me. I was trying out a lower planet cap (I believe I had it set to one star and 8 planets), and the one (hard) AI I was playing with kept raising the bounty on me, causing large amounts of pirate ships to attack my one planet.

I was so sick of it that I invested my 30,000 credit bankroll into his bounty. Not only did the pirates stop, but when I brought my fleet around, his planets were all in ruins!

Funny thing was, I never researched Insurgency. When I checked the bounty screen, it had dropped by 15,000 credits. Go figure.

I know that Bug and I know how you can recreate it.
If you set up a Game and make more than 2 Groups of Players, youll win if one of the other Groups was wiped out.(not locked teams)

Ah and you cannot win this match if you continue the Game.
