Culture Power setting is fine since it cost $$$

With the 0.76b.018 version, the culture setting is fine with me. I don't have a problem if you conquer a planet/asteroid and after colonizing it, it reverts back to its old owner. I do have a problem where it instantly reverts back to the old owner. Make it more realistic...like it yours, but the allegiance slowly falls to 20% and an uprising occurs and the planet reverts back to the more powerful culture, unless during that time you manage to destroy broadcasting stations in adjacent systems or build more broadcasting stations of your own.

Thus this give players a way to win planets without fleet battles.

You can already take planets without fleet battles, once your culture overpowers another. I noticed a planet I was about to attack was flashing blue so I waited to see what happened and it became mine never even went to it.

Unfortunately not. You still have to jump in and destroy them. (If they haven't changed something in the latest hot fix.)

as of 0.76[b].018 it's still the same... quite annoying especially as a hangar in that system will always kill off anything you try to build there, until you send some reinforcement to wipe that out...

Me personally I dont like the culture thing i would rather take the fight to them because in order to take a panet culturally you have to have mre than one brodcast tower the tech to go with it and god forbid that the ai has one more tower in his planet than you do.
ex. my current game im going into the eigth hour of the second day i have 15 planets(one entire system is mine) actually i have more than that got about 21 planets now but anyways every planet i have one tower built and my tech tree is completely researched, one of the ai players only has 2 planets the closest one to me is not his home planet but has 2 towers and now his "culture" swamps everyones and he is bringing my planets allegiance down.
I think they either need to take it out or fix it to be effective with the parameters of planets towers and tech, that way culture spread is relavent to culture spread
