Two things
FIRSTwell, i continued playing my game, and noticed sometime after I had acquired over 200 fleet points, the problem fixed itself, I think I was at 220-230 fleet points. I'm thinking that this might just be a problem with early game computations, or maybe it is a problem with the planets giving less output the further away they are from the home planet; i.e. when my planets are 3 jumps or so away from home, the reduction in fleet point production isn't enough to bring the points produced down by an integer, but rather reduce it by a fraction that is less than a half, resulting in the display rounding the fleet point number up even though the actual fleet point is something else like 157.773 which Sins would round up to 158.
SECONDI encountered another fleet points oddity, my fleet points were at 264. The next time I looked at them, maybe a few minutes later, they were at 265, and the next time they were at 266. I'm thinking that this has to be due to the broadcast centers I had up and the fact that they were gradually increasing the loyalty of the planets making them produce additional fleet points gradually.
SUMMARY If both of these issues are related to loyalty of planets, the way in which loyalty of planets affects their production of fleet resource needs to be adjusted so that the planets only produce fleet resource in integers or the fleet resource info box in the UI needs to be changed to reflect the fact that your fleet resource does not exist solely in integers.
